another colour that i usually avoid. but i also like a challenge. my plan to show how brown can look gorgeous was to combine 2 shades that had plenty of colour undertones in them, one a greenish brown, one a reddish brown. i brought in furniture with linen, jute and warm wood finishes. then i layered the look with hand crafted ceramics and objects.

the rug is the perfect addition.. i wanted oversized, neutral and patterned and this ticks all the boxes! ????
i choose the alva rug and each one is handmade using natural organic fibres and the designs have been inspired by nature.. it is so aesthetically pleasing!
