Industville dispatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday. Our daily order cut-off for shipping is 12pm/noon, orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, this includes express.
For UK and European deliveries DPD is our shipping partner, for international orders we use FedEx.
Delivery to Spain is only available for businesses.

Unfortunately there is no shipping available for orders below £150 to the following countries: Denmark, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Portugal.

You can return your item via Parcel Force, for the cost of £15.
To complete the return, please contact our Customer Support Department who will arrange a collection.
Alternatively, you can return the item to our showroom, Mon - Fri 09:30 - 16:30. Please call in advance to arrange an appointment.
When returning please do so in the original packaging, following the directions from our Support department
Please ensure goods are returned in their original condition.
Made from Wool, Viscose, or PET each rug in our contemporary rug collection is hand tufted
The product images on the website may differ from the products you receive due to variations in electronic screens settings.
While all efforts are made to ensure consistency, slight variations in dye absorption, and colour variance may vary due to the natural fibres may also add more unique features.
When purchasing your rug, please consider the location which it will be used. To maintain the acceptable performance, for prolonged life and usage please review the care instructions attached to your rug. You can also review our rug care information on this link.
We are members of Woolsafe (rug and carpeting association) who we have partnered with to ensure extra peace of mind for advice, care and cleaning assistance.
Some designs may be prone to shedding (sprouting or pilling are the industry terms). It is part of the normal characteristics of these rugs to shed fibres, this is most likely to take place in the first few months of use.
If strands arear it is important not to pull them, this can cause damage. The solution is to carefully trim longer strands with sharp scissors.
